Our Process

We’ll use a structured process to help you create lasting change across every area of your life.

Step 1: Discover

  • We start by getting a comprehensive view of your life:  what's working well, and where you feel unfulfilled. We’ll use a framework called the eight dimensions of wellness that covers professional, financial, emotional, social, intellectual, spiritual, physical, and environmental wellbeing. From here, we’ll know what we want to focus on in our coaching sessions.

Step 2: Clarify

  • Understanding where life feels unfulfilling is a great start, but the right path forward isn't always obvious. At this point, we’ll harvest emotional insights and strengthen your inner compass so you can discern between external pressures of what your life “should” look like vs. a life that’s aligned with your true identity and values. Now, we can create a clear vision of your ideal life. This vision will serve as the foundation for everything we build going forward. 

Step 3: Design

  • Now it’s time to translate your vision into something actionable. Using tools from my product management background, we’ll create a plan with clear priorities and manageable steps that account for real-world constraints, so your goals aren’t just inspiring, they’re actually doable.

Step 4: Do the Thing!

  • We’ll use systems thinking to design new habits that actually feel easier than your previous default mode, so you start feeling their benefit as soon as possible. We’ll focus on sustainable and steady progress, not short-term bursts that don’t last. 

Step 5: Optimize

  • We’ll regularly review where you’re feeling supported by your new habits and where you’re encountering friction. Rather than treating friction as failure, we’ll treat it as data  that tells us where we might need to adapt. We’ll continuously improve your habit systems so they support rather than drain you.

Step 6: High Five!

  • Every time you reach a goal, you’re closer to creating a life that feels aligned with your values, supports your wellbeing, and reflects who you truly are. Along the way, we'll celebrate every milestone that brings that vision to life.

Let’s Work Together

Virtual Sessions    |    $100/hr    |    One-on-One | 1 - 2 hour sessions   |    1- 2 week cadence

My rate is $100/hr. I usually meet with clients for 90-minute sessions every 1-2 weeks, over video. That said, I've had clients prefer 2-hour sessions every month or 1-hour sessions every week. I'm happy to work in whatever cadence feels most supportive.
